During my recent stay at Mercure, I had the pleasure of dining at the Opera Morena restaurant, where Chef Mari Turchetti crafts an impressive mix of regional and international dishes. The ambiance was inviting, setting the stage for a delightful culinary experience. I sampled their excellent selection of wines and beers, which perfectly complemented the flavors of the innovative dishes. The delicious breakfast served at the restaurant was a real treat. Despite having an early morning flight, the spread at 6 am was not only prompt but also beautifully presented. With a wide variety of options to choose from, it was a satisfying start to the day.Mercure's restaurant truly impressed me with its culinary offerings and attention to detail. The dining experience certainly added a flavorful touch to my gourmet getaway in Brazil.
